Mark Angelson

Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Angelson is a seasoned executive who, over the course of his distinguished career, served as the senior manager of several printing industry leaders and orchestrated numerous combinations in the printing industry.

With Joel Quadracci, Mr. Angelson conceived and agreed the pending arrangement pursuant to which Worldcolor would combine with Quad/Graphics.

Previously, as Chief Executive Officer of RR Donnelley from 2004 through 2007, he led the effort that transformed the industry, combining RR Donnelley and other leading firms in the Americas, Europe and Asia to create the world’s largest provider of printing and related services. Under his stewardship, RR Donnelley enjoyed dramatic growth in its revenue, profit and shareholder value.

Prior to leading RR Donnelley, Mr. Angelson served variously from 2001 through 2003 as Chief Executive Officer, Chairman and Lead Independent Director of Moore Wallace Incorporated and its predecessor, Moore Corporation Limited.

He was a principal architect of the merger between RR Donnelley and Moore Wallace and the earlier merger of Moore and Wallace Computer Services. From 1996 through 2000, Mr. Angelson served in various positions, including as Deputy Chairman, at Big Flower Press, now known as Vertis.

Mr. Angelson also served in senior positions at two eminent investment firms, as Chairman of MidOcean Partners and as Deputy Chairman of Chancery Lane Capital. He started his career as a lawyer with Sullivan & Cromwell, and later joined Sidley & Austin, where he was co-chairman of international operations and participated, as resident managing partner, in building well respected and notably successful law offices in each of Singapore, New York and London.
