Mr. Howard is a seasoned executive with over 22 years of experience working with global technology, manufacturing and media businesses. Mr. Howard held a number of senior positions at Vertis, Inc., including Chief Legal Officer and Secretary and Senior Vice President and General Manager Digital Solutions Group. He also has served as Global Intellectual Property Counsel at Andersen Worldwide and Senior Counsel at Quark, Inc., a leading desktop publishing software firm.
