In operation since 1981, Worldcolor Merced is strategically located between San Francisco and Los Angeles, in the heart of the San Joaquin Valley. The Merced facility is the largest printing operation on the West Coast and is one of the largest employers in Merced County. The plant operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.
Merced’s "team" approach and strategic West Coast location has continuously driven significant capital investment in all markets. Merced is the West Coast leader in providing customers low cost, high quality and exceptional service. Worldcolor Merced specializes in directory, publication, catalog and commercial work, and currently does business with 80 customers per year.
Additional Information
The plant’s market focused organizational structure allows customers the benefits resulting from the economies of scale of such a large plant and the customer focus and satisfaction of a boutique print shop.
