Our service department is broken into two categories:  Contract and New Customers. Each Contract is assigned an Account Manager which we feel is very important in developing continuity and relationships with our customers.  Spot work is assigned per Sales Rep, each Sales Rep is assigned a Customer Service Rep who in turn is responsible for any new job that is booked for them.

Our Prepress Department is intergrated into Worldcolor’s high speed inter plant data network coupled with encrypted communications capabilities with regional customers.  Fully electronic Prepress department with emphasis on new technology in hardware and the latest in page preparation and design software.  Complete graphic design and digital photography services, scanning and color proofing capabilities.

Procedures are in place for every aspect of production with a strong emphasis on Quality Control, Training, Quality Maintenance and Preventative Maintenance.  We maintain a strong management presence on the shop floor at all times to provide assistance and feedback to employees.  Our quality control department head, along with our production team, have joined together to form a Quality Control Committee.

Dartmouth Plant.  From Halifax International Airport take Halifax Exit, Hwy 102.  Follow highway and bear left at the lake.  Exit will say ‘Halifax Via Bridges, Hwy #118.  Take next Exit to Burnside Industrial Park.  This will bring you onto Akerley Boulevard.  Follow Akerley and take left onto Joseph Zatzman Drive.  Follow Joseph Zatzman Drive and turn right onto Wright Avenue.  Proceed on Wright Avenue to #57.
