Joncas Postexperts, a 60 year old company, was purchased in 1996 with a 50.1% controlling interest. It processes more than 800 million pieces of mail per year. Such a large volume positions Joncas as the major player in direct marketing in Québec, and one of the majors in Canada. Joncas Postexperts has the ability to serve its customers in every step of direct mail activity, from data management to postal preparation. Together with its telemarketing arm, Joncas Postexperts can in fundraising activities, subscriptions and fulfilment activities. Joncas is now moving in the management and production of invoices as an outsourcing center in Québec. Joncas Postexperts has the knowledge and necessary permits to manage postal activities in Canada and in the U.S.
