Worldcolor Mt. Morris is a 4-color plant with both rotogravure and web offset capabilities. The plant’s focus is catalogs (offset and gravure) and gravure press delivered products (retail inserts and Sunday magazines).

Manifest Information
Manifests should be sent electronically to Sterling Commerce Network, mailbox: ZZ WPC CDC RLI. A copy of each manifest must be faxed to Paper Purchasing and a copy must be included in the vehicle with the shipments.
Rail Delivery
Worldcolor Mt. Morris is on a direct siding of the Burlington Northern SanteFe. The BNSF has contracted with Illinois Railway to provide switch service from Oregon, IL to Mt. Morris. Ship no more than 2 railcars per day, per purchase order. Railcars are only made available Monday thru Friday by Illinois Railway in Oregon, IL. Plan accordingly.
Truck Delivery
Ship no more than 2 trucks per day, per order, maximum 4 per site (mill/plant/warehouse). All trucks must make a delivery appointment a minimum of 24 hours in advance. Non-adherance to these shipping instructions and delivery requirements will result in storage or demurrage charge-backs.
Directions
In Mt. Morris, Illinois, 4 blocks north of Highway 64, on Wesley Avenue. Mt. Morris is approximately 95 miles west of Chicago and 25 miles southwest of Rockford.

Exceptions
Additional Specifications
Relative to the Worldcolor Requirements and Specifications paragraph 3.2, the Mt. Morris Division will reject an individual roll if 3 unknown paper caused web breaks to occur. Worldcolor shall be compensated according to the provisions of the Roll Paper Requirements and Specifications.
A 3" core should have an inside diameter not less than 3.010" or greater than 3.025".
