TracNET

 

• A collaborative online tool created for you to view WorldTrac, PLANET Code and Seeding reports online. This service was created to provide you with a convenient, one-stop approach to tracking your mailings.

 

WorldTrac

 

• Provide you with a daily progress report on your title’s progression from the production facilities into the newsstand, bulk, retail and USPS distribution systems
• Utilizes multi-level, electronic verification including USPS FAST data, the ASN barcode and carrier verification and compiles it into a customer-friendly WorldTrac report, listing your mailing schedules, load plans, ship dates, facility delivery dates and more

 

PLANET Code

 

• Barcode tracking of flats and letters at time of processing on USPS sortation equipment in SCFs

 

Seeding

 

• In-home delivery confirmation and mail piece condition reporting
• Master Seed List is established with decoy name - seeds report via telephone/internet with the day and condition of mail piece

 

Performance Plus

 

• Telephone calls to every DDU confirm arrival date and delivery
• Direct calls to DDUs to receive info on mail arrival time at the Postal facility and when it was, or will be delivered

 

StoreTrac

 

• Electronic reports confirming FedEx delivery to stores
